Hello, sweet loves. I'm Bibi. I'm 31 years old, and just now starting to find my way in this world. I've been married for almost 13 years to Mars. We are complete opposites. I'm all over the map, and am passionate about all sorts of things; and he is a strong and silent Marine. I still don't know what he's thinking sometimes or how his brain works. All I know is we love each other immensely. He puts up with all my quirks and ramblings. He's definitely my anchor that keeps me from drifting into la la land or another dimension entirely. We have 6 babies ages 10,7,6,5,4 and 1. It's a crazy house up in here! Nah, not really. Well, sometimes. That's why I gotta make sure I get me some meditation time before I start the day. We don't want Mommy locking kids in closets, do we? I kid. I kid. Calm down. So.... I'm a Buddhist high raw vegan minimalist. That's a weird one, huh. I've lost some people in my life due to this which is CRAZY because I'm a WAY better person that I was before. The old Bibi would get mad and slash tires. The new one silences her mind, acknowledges the anger, and lets it go. Hello?? Criminal mischief, no more. That's me. Yay! And no, I don't worship a statue of a fat guy. I think this quote by the Dalai Lama is perfect and describes my way of life. “This is my simple religion. There is no need for temples; no need for complicated philosophy. Our own brain, our own heart is our temple; the philosophy is kindness.” So,that also explains why I'm high raw vegan. I believe that organic whole foods is the best thing for our bodies. It's also a more compassionate way of living. It brings love to animals and our planet. I'm a minimalist because simple is better. More things, more attachments, more chaos, so I like t keep it simple. Live simply so others can simply live. I read that somewhere and I liked it. That's all I'm going to say about that. Moving on to what this blog is mostly going to be about is my craftiness. Yay! It's what I like to do. Make stuff. Pretty stuff. For my shop. For the kiddoes. For random people in the street. I like to spread love and do random acts of kindness. That's my thang. Peace and love.
