Things I would do if I were a millionaire.....

I'd buy me a huge house with an enormous craft room. I'd also make sure it had my own lil' mini gym. I'd put the kids in a million activities to get rid of them...err...I mean....to broaden their horizons, lol...and travel A LOT

Fabric Brads

So...lately I've been loving fabric brads. Well, I have tons of fabric and tons of brads..so why not make some, lol. I used cute japanese import fabric. My mind is whirring with a million uses for these babies. Love them!! Here's a layout I did and I added a cute lil' bird brad...awwww.And the other one is a layout for the This is me journaling challenge. I made that one with some yummy Alexander Henry Estee fabric. I'm thinking of getting some Christmas fabric and and making some to use on my gift wrapping, lol. Oh, and check out this cute lil' notebook I bought at Target for $1. I think it's yummy. Anyway, gotta go. Peace.

My Dad

So, my dad stopped by on his way back to Houston. He had taken a short trip down to Mexico. I loved having him here. I miss Houston....miss being close to my family...but well that's life. And for the moment, being here in this itty bitty town is the best thing for our family. So...anyway, he helped me a lot with the kids. He took them bicycle riding..and played the playstation with them...he took them grocery shopping (which he will probably never do again, lol.) ...he kept them busy and spent pretty much the whole day with them..and for that I'm thankful. I got a lil' break, and they got to spend quality time with Grandpa. My kids don't know how blessed they are. They don't only have 2 sets of grandparents that spoil them rotten (which that in itself is such a blessing), but they have 3. Mars' parents, my mom and her husband, and my dad and his SO. They're all soo great to my kids....and that fills my heart with soo much happiness.

Jace's Pre-K mini

Ok, so I'm a horrible mother, lol. I took maybe 7 pics of Jace's entire school year, and not so great pics, either. He has 2 layouts and I decided to do this itty bitty mini with the other pics. I had to make due with what I had which wasn't much....soo bad. In my defense, Elyse was 1 week old when school started and I was pregnant with this baby for the last 6 months or so of the school year. So, yeah I was brain dead most of the time, lol. Anyway, ooooo, I won July's Label Tulip kit, yay!! It is delicious! Can't wait to play with that baby! Ok, so enough rambling for today. Peace out.

Hambly mini

So, I've been trying to play along on Label Tulip celebrating their 1 year anniversary, but it's kinda hard to scrap without pics, lol. My giganto order from Snapfish hasn't came in yet, so whatever. I love Holly's mini book class. Her album is YUM-O!! So while at a disadvantage, I think my mini came out okay. Not bad, Miss Bibi, not bad. 1000 extra points for effort for me, yay. Well, I'm off to work on some stuff for 2peas. I'm the pea profile of July, whatever that is, but the cool part, they sent me some goodies to play with and to upload on July 25th. So excited to make stuff! Anyway, Peace out, much love.

Canvases

It's been raining like crazy here, the streets are flooded, soo not much of anything going on. The walls in my craftroom were looking kinda bare so I've been making some canvases to cheer up the place, lol. Stil working on a couple mini's, should be done with those this week. Other than that, I'm working on planning Elyse's Strawberry Shortcake birthday party. It's until August, but well it's never too early to start getting little things ready. Just been pretty blah blah around here, which is good, don't like too much excitement, lol. Talk to you guys later. Peace.
