Blah, blah, rainy Saturday....

I love the rain...but it does make me feel blah...and sleepy. Haven't been doing much just surfing and reading some blogs. I took this quiz that How About Orange had on her blog. Turns out my style is:

I'm lovin' Scrapblog!

A friend pointed it out to me today...and I've been having some fun! I'm addicted..I think. It's really easy and soo much fun. Not to worry I could never begin a complete digi scrapper. I love paper and glue too much, but it is cool. I'll be sprucing up the look of my bloggy blog in the next few days, lol. Oooo..and check out what I made with our pic.

I think I'm gonna have to have it printed out so I can frame it, lol. It's just too cute, if I do say so myself. Well, gotta go get some rest, talk to you peeps later.

My Baby Girl Turns 1 (sniff, sniff)

Well, her birthday was on Thursday, but we had her lil' party today. Nothing big, just hot dogs, chips and cupcakes, lol. Elyse had lots of fun, though, playing with her bajillion cousins, lol. I think her favorite thing about the party were the balloons and cupcakes. I'm super tired and can't even think straight so that's it for now, but I leave you with some pics of her day...and one of Mars and I being lovey dovey, lol.

Hurricane Dolly

came, hit us, and left us a mess. I wasn't as prepared as I should have been. We ran out of batteries..and had to limit the use of our battery powered fan, lol. We were without power and it was SOOO hot. I could go on and on but I'd be here typing forever about all the drama we went through. I'm making a lil mini so I'll post that when I'm done, lol. TTYL.
